I know what you mean, the red text didn't make it seem tooooo serious. Afterall it allowed me to compelte the quest

All of my characters (except my Assassin for obvious reasons) left Pre-Searing at Level 7.

My first char was a ranger who got through at lvl4 iirc and then was deleted at lvl8. My Ele went through at lvl2. All my other characters (~10) were done in factions (~8) or NF (2) since i really cant be bothered with the slow build up in Prophecies

My warrior was around level 8 when he left Pre. Rest of my characters left around 6 or 7. Couldn't bother standing around doing quests to get to 8 or higher!

My first character never even made it out. XD I deleted her a while back.
My necro left at around 7 or 8, I think. I kind of wish I'd kept her in Pre a little bit longer, but I didn't know any better and have no intentions of remaking her.

My first was W/Mo, left at level 2 with Frenzy, Heal Sig., Orison of Healing, & Bane Sig., with less than 50g. What a shock.

Well, my first character was a male warrior, deleted due to clumsy animations. Tried female, deleted because the class felt boring. However if I recall, before I made my main warrior I had an elementalist. I got her to about 8 before finally figuring out it was time to move on. Ditched her in Ascalon due to loss of interest and made a warrior yet again. For some reason only got to 6 or so on my 3rd warrior, guess I skipped some things.
On my fourth warrior now... Yeah, I have OCD or something.

Ranger, Warrior, Ele, Monk; all left at level 8 and a tad more. Have a necro in Pre at the moment at level 9, maybe staying permanently.

Choco, I've heard several gamers here locally, four or five maybe, say the same thing. But they quit permanently. I almost quit myself, but stuck it out when people said it got better later on. ANet likes to shock players, not entirely a good idea. Same thing in Factions, beautiful starting island, then into a nasty slum with even nastier underground sewers. Nightfall saved the misery for Realm of Torment. Sometimes I wonder about ANet.
